Fountain Fresh Imports is a leading food supplier, bringing fresh salad and fruits from Europe to supply industry, retail and wholesale organisations in the UK. As a food supplier, compliance with pest control and hygiene measures are paramount to the success of the business.

As a leading food supplier, Fountain Fresh Imports must meet impeccable standards at every stage in the supply chain. From routine cleaning to pest control measures, strict guidelines are in place to protect consumers. Ongoing building works presented new challenges for Fountain Fresh Imports.

The process

The Busters Group provides facilities management support to ensure clean and safe facilities for food handling. As part of the Fountain Fresh Imports expansion, we also provided pest control risk assessment during building works.

The organisation achieved the highest available score in its most recent BRC audit. During this inspection, the auditor noted the excellent work carried out in the risk assessment and pest control measures put in place.

  • Passed BRC audit with AA-grade for the second year
  • The Busters Group was responsive to the changing needs of the client
  • Friendly, reliable and organised service

“Last week we went through our 2nd annual BRC audit in which we achieved the highest score available of AA, the auditor was particularly pleased with the way we have handled the pest management on-site and the risk assessment put in place to manage ongoing building works – can this please be passed on to Peter Arnup? He completed the work that the auditor was so pleased with and in turn contributed to our excellent audit result. Also, on a general note, we are very happy with the service that Peter, and Pest Busters as a whole provide to us. Peter is always punctual, organised and very friendly.”
